 2) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 **IS THIS A MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY ONLY; IF BUSINESS
 OFFICES ARE LOCATED IN THIS SPACE THEN, THE OCCUPANCY
 MAY CHANGE. CLARIFY. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICENT CLARITY. 106.1.1**
 3) INDICATE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE SPACE PER TABLE
 1004.1.2. THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE MEZZANINE SHALL ALSO
 BE INDICATED; STATE THE USE OF THE MEZZANINE AND THE
 LIVE LOAD OF THE FLOOR PER FBC 1603.3 AND 1603.4.
 PLEASE SEE TABLE 1607.1 FOR ADDITIONAL LOAD INFORMATION
 FOR THE UNIFORM AND CONCENTRATED LOAD.

 4) FBC 505.1 MEZZANINES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CEILING
 HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 7 FEET AND THE CEILING BELOW
 MUST ALSO BE AT LEAST 7 FEET. PROVIDE A FRONT ELEVATION
 OF THE MEZZANINE SHOWING THESE REQUIREMENTS.

 5) DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE BASE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE
 A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, ALL PROJECTS FOR TENANT
 BUILD OUT PERMITTED BEFORE THE CO OF THE BASE BUILDING
 SHALL HAVE A REVIEW STAMP AND THE SIGNATURE FROM THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD OF THE BASE BUILDING ON EACH SHEET.
 THE BASE BUILDING DESIGNERS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 BUILDING UNTIL IT IS CO. FLORIDA STATUTES 471 AND 481.
  
 **AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION, I FOUND OUT THIS IS A
 NEW BUILDING THAT HAS NOT BEING OCCUPIED. THEREFORE, NO
 ALTERATION LEVEL IS REQUIRED. THIS IS ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION**
 6) THE DRAWING INDICATES ALTERATION LEVEL 3 WHICH MEANS
 THE WORK IN THE AREA EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE
 AGGREGATE AREA OF THE BUILDING AND IS MADE WITHIN A
 TWELVE MONTH PERIOD; FBC(EXISTING) 305.1. IS THIS THE
 CASE FOR THIS PROJECT? IF NOT PLEASE SEE SECTION 304 OF
 THE FBC (EXISTING) ALTERATION LEVEL 2.
  
 NOTE: PLEASE INDICATE THE TYPE AND MAKE OF THE
 MECHANICAL ROOM DOOR. IS THE DOOR A NON-COMBUSTIBLE
 DOOR? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED 106.1.2.
