 FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF
 IMPACT FEES PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3-A) ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4(3) OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE THE BUILDINGIS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE
 CATEGORY "C". REVISE DESIGN INFORMATION ON SHEET 1 OF
