 BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED. ONCE APPROVED BY PUBLIC
 UTILITIES, IT SHALL BE TURNED IN WITH YOUR BUILDING
 PERMIT APPLICATION. (REPEAT COMMENT)
  
 IMPORTANT: PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION, A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION, INDICATING THAT THE PROPERTY IS IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED
 TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE PROVISIONS AS THE VALUE
 OF THE IMPROVEMENTS EXCEEDS 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE
 STRUCTURE.
