 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS SHALL BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT. UPON RESUBMITTAL, A WRITTEN
 RESPONSE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH COMMENT, INDICATING
 HOW IT HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 1) TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT, ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT PACKAGE. (REPEAT COMMENT)
  
 2) ALTHOUGH THE NOTE WAS CORRECTED ON SHEET A-3.0B
 REGARDING THE HEIGHT OF THE PRIVACY WALL, THE WALL THAT
 IS DRAWN IN THE ELEVATION CONTINUES TO BE SIX (6) FEET
 IN HEIGHT. THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWED BY ZBA CASE NO.
 3222 WAS FIVE (5) FEET. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL NOTES,
 PLANS, AND DETAILS CORRESPOND AND ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF
 THE WALL TO SHOW A MAXIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET.
  
 3) IN REGARD TO DETAIL #4 ON SHEET A-2.0, WHICH WAS
 ADDED REFERENCING THE SECTION OF THE PRIVACY WALL,
 PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS THAT CORRESPOND WITH THE SITE
 PLAN, ELEVATIONS, ETC. BE SURE THE WALL DOES NOT EXCEED
 FIVE (5) FEET ON THE EXTERIOR FACE AND FOUR (4) FEET ON
 THE INTERIOR FACE.
  
 4 AN APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PRIVACY WALL AND/OR ANY
 FENCING. THIS FORM MAY BE OBTAINED IN CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES AND WILL NEED TO BE TURNED INTO THE CITY'S
 PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT (1ST FLOOR OF CITY HALL) TO
 BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED. ONCE APPROVED BY PUBLIC
 UTILITIES, IT SHALL BE TURNED IN WITH YOUR BUILDING
 PERMIT APPLICATION. (REPEAT COMMENT)
  
 5) REGARDING THE LIVING AREA ABOVE THE GARAGE...THE
 REFRIGERATOR SHALL ONLY BE AN UNDERCOUNTER
 REFRIGERATOR; AND JUST AS AN FYI, NO RENTAL LICENSE
 WILL BE ISSUED FOR THIS AS A SEPARATE DWELLING UNIT IS
 NOT PERMITTED.
