 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS SHALL BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT.UPON RESUBMITTAL, A WRITTEN
 RESPONSE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH COMMENT, INDICATING
 HOW IT HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 1) TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT, ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL

 2) THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE SHALL BE SHOWN AND
 DIMENSIONED ON THE SITE PLAN.(SECTION 94-305(E) AND

 3) BUILDING HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM GRADE.
 PLEASE ADJUST THE DIMENSIONS ON THE ELEVATIONS
 ACCORDINGLY.ADDITIONALLY, ENSURE THAT DIMENSIONS ARE
 PROVIDED TO THE MEAN POINT ON ALL PITCHED ROOFS AND TO
 THE ROOF DECK ON ALL FLAT ROOFS. (SECTION 94-611)
  
 4) ON SHEET A-3.0B, THE NOTE REGARDING THE PRIVACY WALL
 INDICATES 4 FEET WITH AN ADDITIONAL 2 FEET OF CONCRETE
 BLOCK (OVERALL HEIGHT OF 6 FEET).THE NOTE ON THE SITE
 PLAN INDICATES THAT THE WALL IS TO BE APPROXIMATELY 5
 FEET (ALLOWING FOR 4 FEET WHEN MEASURED ON THE INTERIOR
 FACE OF THE WALL).THE VARIANCE ISSUED BY ZBA CASE NO.
 3222 PROVIDED FOR THE 5 FEET, NOT THE 6 FEET SHOWN ON
 THE ELEVATIONS.(SEE FINAL ORDER FOR ZBA CASE NO.

 5) SHEET A-2.3 INDICATES A NEW FENCE NEXT TO THE
 GARAGE.THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.PLEASE
 ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT AND REFLECT THE
 SAME SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 6) SHEET A-2.0 REFERENCES A SECTION OF THE PRIVACY
 WALL, INDICATING THAT IT IS DETAIL #4 ON SHEET
 S-1.5....NO DETAIL OF THE PRIVACY WALL EXISTS ON THIS
 SHEET.PLEASE PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION AND DETAIL OF
 THE PRIVACY WALL, WITH DIMENSIONS, AND NOTE IT
 CORRECTLY ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 7) AN APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PRIVACY WALL AND/OR ANY
 FENCING.THIS FORM MAY BE OBTAINED IN CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES AND WILL NEED TO BE TURNED INTO THE CITY'S
 PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT (1ST FLOOR OF CITY HALL) TO
 BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED.ONCE APPROVED BY PUBLIC
 UTILITIES, IT SHALL BE TURNED IN WITH YOUR BUILDING
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 8) SHEET E-2.1 SHOWS THE INSTALLATION OF A 220V OUTLET
 IN THE LIVING AREA ABOVE THE GARAGE.NO 220V OUTLETS
 SHALL BE PERMITTED.THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN AN SF7
 ZONING DISTRICT, WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS.THE SPACE
 ABOVE THE GARAGE CANNOT BE CONSTRUCTED SO AS TO CREATE
 A DWELLING UNIT, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 94-611 OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
 PLEASE REFER TO SUCH DEFINITION AND AMEND THE PLANS
 ACCORDINGLY.
