 AND OWNER/AGENT PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE OWNER AGENT SECTION WAS NOT SIGNED AND SEVERAL
 CORRECTION ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH DRAWINGS SUCH AS
 FRAMED SECOND STORY WALLS, NO INSULATION SHOWN ON
 RAISED FLOOR BELOW BALCONY IN MASTER BEDROOM OR
 INSULATION VALUE FOR VAULTED CEILINGS (NOT UNDER
 ATTIC)
  
 6)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SETS OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE,
