| | 1) ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER SEPARATE |
| | PERMIT, AND SHALL CONFORM TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE |
| | GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) ZONING DISTRICT. |

| | 2) ALL REMOVAL AND RELOCATION OF TREES SHALL BE DONE IN |

| | AND SHALL APPROVE THE SECURITY PLAN, INCLUDING THE |
| | PLACEMENT OF CAMERAS, SECURITY PERSONNEL, ETC. |

| | C) THE POLICE SUBSTATIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH |
| | ELECTRIC, PHONE, AND DATA CONNECTIONS, AS WELL AS |
| | DESK/WORK SPACE, AND A MONITOR CONNECTED TO THE |
| | SECURITY SYSTEM. |

| | D) THREE (3) PARKING SPACES, AS DESIGNED ON THE |
| | APPROVED PLAN, SHALL BE DESIGNATED AS "POLICE ONLY" |
| | SPACES. |
| | |
| | E) THE ENTIRE PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLATTED BY SUBMITTING |
| | AN APPLICATION TO THE CITY'S PLANNING AND ZONING |
| | DEPARTMENT. |
