2008-07-31 08:01:03STRUCTURAL REVIEW ONLY.....THE FOLLOWING PROVISOS
 CORRESPOND WITH THE MAIN BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 ***PROVISOS***
  
 1) ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER SEPARATE
 PERMIT, AND SHALL CONFORM TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE
 GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) ZONING DISTRICT.
  
 2) ALL REMOVAL AND RELOCATION OF TREES SHALL BE DONE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT.
  
 3) PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
 THE FOLLOWING SHALL OCCUR:
  
 A) THE SHOPPING CART CONTAINMENT SYSTEM SHALL BE
 INSTALLED.
  
 B) THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH CRIME PREVENTION OFFICER
 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A WALK-THROUGH OF THE FACILITY
 AND SHALL APPROVE THE SECURITY PLAN, INCLUDING THE
 PLACEMENT OF CAMERAS, SECURITY PERSONNEL, ETC.
  
 C) THE POLICE SUBSTATIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
 ELECTRIC, PHONE, AND DATA CONNECTIONS, AS WELL AS
 DESK/WORK SPACE, AND A MONITOR CONNECTED TO THE
 SECURITY SYSTEM.
  
 D) THREE (3) PARKING SPACES, AS DESIGNED ON THE
 APPROVED PLAN, SHALL BE DESIGNATED AS "POLICE ONLY"
 SPACES.
  
 E) THE ENTIRE PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLATTED BY SUBMITTING
 AN APPLICATION TO THE CITY'S PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT.

2008-07-22 16:42:23REVIEW CANNOT BE COMLETED UNTIL INFORMATION HAS BEEN
 PROVIDED REGARDING POTENTIAL DEED RESTRICTION FROM 1975
 REGARDING BUILDING SETBACK OFF OF PALM BEACH LAKES
 BOULEVARD.STAFF HAS CONTACTED ED STACKER, ATTORNEY
 FOR TARGET, REGARDING THIS MATTER.HE HAS FORWARDED IT
 ON TO TARGET TO BE ADDRESSED.ZONING WILL PASS THE
 REVIEW UPON RECEIPT OF INFORMATION THAT THE DEED
 RESTRICTION HAS BEEN REMOVED.IF IT HAS NOT BEEN
 ADDRESSED PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF REVIEW BY THE OTHER
 TRADES, ZONING WILL FAIL THIS REVIEW AND PASS IT UPON
 RESUBMITTAL.
