 SUBSECTIONS AND TABLES. SHOW THE AREA FOR EACH ROOF
 DRAIN ALONG WITH 1/2 THE AREA OF ALL VERTICAL WALLS
 INCLUDING PARAPETS ADDED TO THE AREA OF EACH ROOF
 DRAIN. SHOW THE ELEVATION OF THE ROOF AT THE PARAPETS
 IN ORDER TO VERIFY VERTICAL CONTRIBUTION.
  
 3. SHT A-6 DETAILS 5A & 5B LAVS TO BE 2 FEET OFF THE
 WALL TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE FIXTURE TO BE CENTERED ON
 THE 48" DIMENSION OF THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR PARALLEL
 APPROACH REQUIRED IF LAVS ARE 20" HIGH TO THE FLOOD RIM

 SCHEDULE INDICATES C.T. WAINSCOT 3' A.F.F. SECTION
 1210.2 REQUIRES SURFACES WITHIN 2 FEET OF WATER CLOSETS
 AND URINALS TO HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT
 SURFACE UP TO 4' A.F.F. PLEASE SHOW ON DETAILS AND

 APPROVED AS IT CAN CAUSE BLOCKAGE IN THE REQUIRED DRAIN
 AS WELL AS REDUCING THE REQUIRED AREA OF THE DRAIN.
 TABLE 1106.3.--THE DETAIL ALSO SHOWS THE COVER
 AGAINST THE COUPLING WHICH DOES NOT REFLECT DETAIL 1 ON
 SHT A-14. PLEASE CLARIFY. SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 7. SHT P-1 WATER HEATER "A" DETAIL. SUBMIT CALCULATIONS
 OR THE SIZING CHART FOR THE EXPANSION TANK SHOWING THE
 CORRECT SIZE TANK FOR 80 GAL W/H. SUBMIT MANUF
 SPECIFICATION AND INSTALLATION SHEETS FOR THE EXPANSION
 TANK INDICATING MODEL NUMBER. SECTION 607.3.2.
  
 8. SHT P-2 SHOW CLEANOUTS REQUIRED IN THE STORM SYSTEM
 PER SECTION 1101.8. ALSO SHOW CLEANOUT REQUIRED ON THE
 STORM RISER DIAGRAM SHT P-4.
  
 9. SHT P-2THE P-4 SINK IN THE TEACHERS LOUNGE SHALL
 DRAIN DOWNSTREAM OF THE FIXTURES IN TOILET ROOM 131 PER
 SECTION 909.1. ONLY FIXTURES IN THE TOILET ROOM SHALL
 CONNECT TO THE HORIZONTAL WET VENT FOR THE TOILET ROOM
 FIXTURES. ALL OTHER FIXTURES SHALL DISCHARGE DOWNSTREAM
 OF THE TOILET ROOM FIXTURES. PLEASE CORRECT THE
 SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM ON SHT P-4 ALSO.
  
 10. SHT P-2 CONDENSATE FROM THE MECHANICAL ROOM 128
 STATES, "SEE CIVIL FOR CONNECTION TO STORM". CONDENSATE
 IS NOT SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PLANS. PLEASE INDICATE THE
 TERMINATION OF THE CONDENSATE PER SECTION 314.2.1. IF
 THE CONDENSATE CONNECTS TO THE STORM SEWER, THEN A
 RELIEF VENT, (GOOSENECK), IS REQUIRED ON THE CONDENSATE
 AS IT EXITS THE BUILDING.
  
 11. SHT P-4 WATER RISER DIAGRAM. THE WATER HAMMER
 ARRESTORS SHALL BE INSTALLED NEAR THE FIXTURES IN AN
 EFFECTIVE RANGE, NOT IN THE CEILING AS SHOWN. PDI-WH
 201 & MANUF INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 12. SHT P-4OVERFLOW (ORD) ROOF DRAIN DETAIL
 TERMINATION DOES NOT REFLECT THE DETAILS ON SHTS A-12 &
 A-14. PLEASE CORRELATE. SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 13. SUBMIT RISER DIAGRAMS FOR THE OVERFLOW DRAINAGE
 PIPING PER SECTION 106.3.5.1.3.
  
 14. PLUMBING PLANS WERE LOOSE AT THE BACK OF THE PLANS.
 PLEASE SUBMIT COMPLETE BOUND SETS, (MINIMUM 2), FOR
 REVIEW. SECTION 106.1.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER,
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
 WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. REMOVE
 ALL VOID SHEETS FROM ALL PLANS AND PLACE
 ONE SET OF THEM LOOSELY ON TOP OF THE
 COLLATED PLANS TO BE REVIEWED.
