 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED MECHANICAL
 (A/C AND POOL) EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.
 PURSUANT THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-305(B)(4):
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3. INDICATE OVERHANG DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENTS. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION
 94-305(B): OVERHANGS SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN THREE
 (3) FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4. THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER
 SEPARATE PERMIT. ADDITIONALLY, A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT
 WILL NEED TO BE ACQUIRED FROM THE CITY'S ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT (561.494.1040), FOR THE PROPOSED APPROACH
 EXTENSION.
  
 6. AS THE VALUE OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT INCREASED FROM
 $40,000 TO $75,000, AND EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S
 VALUE (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C.
 PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR, SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 NOTE: THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
