2008-07-14 12:21:371. ALL CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, AND DEMOLITION WORK
 SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 241, THE STANDARD FOR THE
 SAFEGUARDING CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, AND DEMOLITION
 OPERATIONS.
  
 2. SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR FIRE ALARM
 AND FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM ADDITIONS. NO FIRE SPRINKLER
 PLANS SUBMITTED WITH DRAWINGS.
  
 3. NO INFORMATION PROVIDED THAT INDICATES THE FACILITY
 WILL BE OPEN OR CLOSED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION WORK
 REQUIRED FOR THE ROOFTOP AREA. PROPER SEPARATION
 BETWEEN CONSTRUCTION AND NONCONSTRUCTION AREAS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. ALL EXITS ARE TO REMAIN CLEAR AND UNBSTRUCTED
 DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
  
 4. THE EXIT SIGN DIRECTING PERSONS TO STAIR # 2 MAY NOT
 BE READILY VISIBLE. AN ADDITIONAL EXIT SIGN MAY BE
 NEEDED TO DIRECT PERSONS TO STAIR # 2.
  
 5. ANY CANVAS MATERIAL PLANNED TO BE USED SHALL BE FIRE
 RETARDANT SINCE THE CANVAS WILL BE OVER PERSONS HEADS.
  
 6. THE PROPOSED SOUTH ELEVATION DOES NOT DISPLAY THE
 BUILDING ADDRESS. THE ADDRESS IS REQUIRED TO BE
 INSTALLED ON THE PROPER ELEVATION OF THE BUILDING. THE
 ADDRESS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST 6" HIGH AND AT
 LEAST 1" WIDE NUMBERS.
  
 7. ALL ELECTRICAL SHEETS DSIPLAY THE WRONG ADDRESS, 311

 SCHEDULE LISTING THE APPROPRIATE FIRE RATINGS AND DOOR
 HARDWARE. ALL FIRE RATED DOORS TO COMPLY WITH NFPA 80,
 THE STANDARD FOR FIRE DOORS AND WINDOWS AND SHALL BE
 EQUIPPED WITH SELF-CLOSING DEVICES TO CAUSE THE DOORS
 TO POSITIVELY LATCH WHEN CLOSED.
  
 12. SOME MODIFICATIONS MAY BE NECESSARY TO THE SECOND
 FLOOR AREA DUE TO THE PROPOSED REMODEL AREA.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE STAIR DETAILS FOR THE NEW STAIRS
 THAT ARE BEING PROVIDED. THESE DETAILS SHALL INCLUDE
 STAIR RISE, RUN, AND TREAD DIMENSIONS.
  
 14. PLEASE INDICATE HANDICAP SEATING LOCATIONS ON THE
 PROPOSED ROOF TOP FLOOR PLAN.
  
 15. PLEASE PROVIDE PRESCRIPTIVE STRENGTH REQUIREMENTS
 FOR ALL HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS.
  
 16. PLEASE PROVIDE PRODUCT INFORMATION FOR THE
 INTUMESCENT PAINT DESCRIBED ON SHEET A-10.
  
 17. ALL PROPOSED WALKING SURFACES SHALL BE SLIP
 RESISTANT.
  
 18. THE STORAGE ROOMS AND THE MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL
 ROOM ON THE ROOF MAY NEED TO BE ONE HOUR FIRE RATED
 DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF STORAGE AND EQUIPMENT
 CONTAINED WITHIN THEM. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS.
  
 19. NO MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SHEETS PROVIDED WITH
 DRAWINGS.
  
 20. ANY CUTTING AND WELDING ACTIVITIES SHALL CONFORM TO
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF 51B, THE STANDARD FOR CUTTING AND
 WELDING OPERATIONS. A SEPARATION DISTANCE OF AT LEAST
 THIRTY FIVE (35) FEET SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM THESE
 OPERATIONS TO ANY COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS. IF THIS
 DISTANCE CANNOT BE ACHEIVED, FIRE RATED TARPS ARE TO BE
 USED TO COVER THESE MATERIALS AND A FIRE WATCH BE
 IMPLEMENTED.
  
 21. PLEASE IDENTIFY EXIT DISCHARGE LOCATIONS AND
 IDENTIFY THE MAIN INGRESS/EGRESS ARE FOR THE FACILITY.
  
  
 22. NO INFORMATION PROVIDED REGARDING THE STANDPIPE
 SYSTEM.
  
 23. NO INFORMATION RELATED TO ELEVATOR WARNING SIGNS
