| | GREATER THAN 2,000 CFM IN THE SUPPLY AIR DUCT IN |
| | ACCORDANCE WITH FBCM 606.2.1. |

| | 7. ACCORDING TO PAGE C1 THIS BUILDING IS DESIGNED AND |
| | INTENDED FOR AN OCCUPANCY OF 195 PERSONS. THIS MEANS |
| | THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM MUST BE DESIGNED BY A |
| | PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA |
| | STATUTE 471.003(2)(H)(C). THIS PROJECT DOES NOT QUALIFY |
| | FOR THE EXCEPTION ALLOWING THE CONTRACTOR TO ACT AS THE |
| | DESIGNER. PLEASE PROVIDE PLANS DESIGNED BY A |
| | PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS STATUTE |
