 2) THIS IS NOT A DESIGNATED SIGN LOCATION IN THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN LIMITS THE SIGN COPY
 TO TRADE NAMES AND LOGOS ONLY.THE "DRINKS, MEZE &
 CELEBRATION" DOES NOT APPEAR ON EACH PROPOSED TAVERNA
 OPA SIGN, SO VERIFICATION FROM TAVERNA OPA THAT THIS IS
 PART OF THEIR CORPORATE LOGO IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) THE CITYPLACE SIGN PLAN LIMITS SIGN TEXT TO A
 MAXIMUM OF 12 INCHES IN HEIGHT.THE PROPOSED TEXT
 HEIGHTS ARE 23 INCHES FOR "TAVERNA" AND 13 INCHES FOR
 "OPA".
  
 5) THE CITYPLACE SIGN PLAN ALLOWS ONE SQUARE FOOT OF
 SIGNAGE FOR EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. THE
 EASTERN FACADE OF TAVERNA OPA HAS 70 FEET OF FRONTAGE.
 THE PROPOSED SIGN IS 81 SQUARE FEET.
  
 6) THE CITYPLACE SIGN PLAN ALLOWS VARIANCES FROM THE
 PROVISIONS OF 2, 4 & 5 ABOVE.PROVIDE A NOTARIZED
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY HAVE GRANTED THE
 SPECIFIC VARIANCES NEEDED TO CONSTRUCT THE PROPOSED
 SIGN.
