 5)THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDING AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR

 CHAPTER 6 AND THE USE AND OCCUPANCY PER CHAPTER 3.
