 PROPERTY LINE AT WHICH THE WALL EXCEEDS 6 FEET IN
 HEIGHT.
 NOTE:WALLS/FENCES SHALL NOT EXCEED 6' IN HEIGHT
 WITHIN THE REQUIRED SIDE/REAR SETBACK.
 NOTE:THE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS OF THIS WALL STRUCTURE DO
 NOT MATCH BETWEEN NORTH AND SOUTH ELEVATIONS.
  
 3)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.AS PER
 SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK.
  
 NOTE:ANY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ("FUTURE GENERATOR") IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 5.1 FEET FROM THE
 EASTERN SIDE PROPERTY LINE PURSUANT TO THE
