 1) PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS DESIGN PARAMETERS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE 2004 FLORIDA BLDG CODE WITH 2006 & 2007
 AMENDMENTS PER 106.1.1 FBC*
  
 2) PLEASE SEE CHAPTER 6 FBC TO CORRECTLY DETERMINE THE
 TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION
  
 3) THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST
 EXCLUDING LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS ICC
 (BVD), MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 PER 108.3 FBC*
  
 4) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SETS OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE,
 AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561) 233-5025 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 5) THE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL INCLUDE TWO COPIES OF
 EACH PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT IS RELEVANT PER 9B-72. THESE
 SHOULD INCLUDE THE FLORIDA STATE APPROVAL COVER PAGES.
 ALL CAN BE FOUND ON WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG
  
 6) THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72
 (PRODUCT APPROVALS) SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL PER 106.3.3 FBC*
  
 7) THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH REQUIRES THE FLORIDA
 STATE PRODUCT APPROVAL SHEETS WHEN AVAILABLE. THEY CAN
 BE SEARCHED FOR ON WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. WHEN
 AVAILABLE AND NOT SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS WILL BE
 DENIED
  
 8) NO PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED FOR STORE FRONT
 WINDOW/DOOR UNIT IN LIVINGROOM, CASEMENT/AWNING WINDOWS
 UNDER FIXED WINDOW IN MASTER BEDROOM AND MULLIONS IF
 REQUIRED
  
 9) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE YKK FIXED WINDOW IS
 INCOMPLETE
  
 10) NEW MASTER BEDROOM WINDOW DOES NOT MEET EMERGENCY
 EGRESS REQUIREMENTS PER R310 FBC: MIN. NET CLEAR
 OPENING OF 5 SQ.FT. ON GRADE FLOOR. MIN. NET CLEAR
 OPENING ALL OTHER FLOORS OF 5.7 SQ.FT. IN BOTH CASES
 THE MIN.NET CLEAR HEIGHT SHALL BE 24" AND THE NET CLEAR
 WIDTH SHALL BE 20"
  
 11) IF WOOD BUCKS ARE TO BE USED AN ATTACHMENT DETAIL
 IS REQUIRED FOR THE TRANSFER OF APPLICABLE LOADS TO THE
 BUILDING PER R613.6.1.1 FBC RES.
 AS THE PRODUCT APPROVALS DO NOT SPECIFY ANY ATTACHMENT

 12) THE OPENING FOR THE WINDOW IN THE MASTER BEDROOM
 HAS BEEN MADE SMALLER AND THE DOOR/WINDOW UNIT IN THE
 LIVINGROOM IS LARGER, SUBMIT STRUCTURAL WALL CHANGES TO
 ALLOW FOR THE ATTACHMENT OF THE NEW GLAZED UNITS
  
 13) PROVIDE ATTACHMENT DETAILS FOR THE NEW ALUMINUM
 TRELLIS AT EXISTING HOUSE AND TOP OF NEW SCREEN WALL
  
 14) CLARIFY SCREEN FENCE HEIGHTS, LEGEND ON SHEET A1
 STATES PRIVACY WALL AT 5'-0" AND ELEVATIONS ON A3 SOUTH
 ELEVATION IS 5'-10" AND NORTH ELEVATION IS 6'-0" THESE
 ELEVATIONS ALSO STATE THE FRONT WALL AS NEW AND THE
 REAR WALL AS FUTURE
  
 15) PLEASE KEEP PERMIT APPLICATION AND DRAWING SCOPE OF
 WORK THE SAME, REMOVE ALL FUTURE WORK FROM THE DRAWINGS
 TO ALLEVIATE COMMENTS IN PLAN REVIEW, ALSO NOTE ZONING
 COMMENTS ON THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED GENERATOR
  
 16) PLEASE MAKE CORRECTIONS TO THE FOUNDATION PLANS,
 PER 106.1.3 FBC* THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH
 THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS "NO WHITE OUT, PENCIL OR INK"
