 1. THE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW AN ACCESS AISLE FOR TWO OF
 THE ACCESSIBLE SPACES. ONLY ONE IS SHOWN. ZONING HAS
 STAPLED A DETAIL TO THE PLAN, BUT THERE IS A CONFLICT
 BETWEEN THE CITY APPROVED DETAIL (PROVIDED BY ZONING)
 AND SHEET S1 WHICH SHOWS PAVERS IN LIEU OF AN ACCESS
 AISLE. PLEASE SEE FBC11-4.6.3; "THE ACCESS AISLE SHALL
 BE STRIPED DIAGONALLY TO DESIGNATE IT AS A NO-PARKING
 ZONE." PARKING, ACCESS AISLE, AND ROUTE TO COMPLY WITH
 FBC11-4.6.3; SLOPE NOT EXCEEDING 1:50 IN ALL
 DIRECTIONS.
  
 2. THERE IS A CONFLICT ON THE PLAN . SEE THE PARKING
 SPACES, SE SIDE (BUILDING ON AN ANGLE). THE ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACE SHOWS A DIMENSION OF 18.5. HOWEVER, TWO
 NON ACCESSIBLE SPACES ARE SHOWN GRAPHICALLY LONGER BUT
 STATE THAT THIS LONGER DIMENSION IS ALSO 18.5 (PARKING
 PLUS VEHICLE OVERHANG). THIS INCONSISTENCY IS, ALTHOUGH
 NOT A BUILDING CODE ISSUE, BROUGHT TO YOUR ATTENTION TO
 AVOID FIELD ISSUES WITH BOTH CONSTRUCTION AND
 INSPECTIONS.
