 MATCH FOOTPRINT AND DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON FLOOR PLAN AND
 AND FOUNDATION PLAN. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEE COMMENTS
 ON SHEET C1.
  
 C) TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION (3B) SPECIFIED ON CODE
 INFORMATION IS FOR 2 HOUR FIRE CONCRETE BLOCK
 CONSTRUCTION. CLARIFY IF REALLY BUILDING A 2 HOUR FIRE
 RATED CONSTRUCTION OR SPECIFY CORRECT BUILDING TYPE.
 TYPE 3B CONSTRUCTION REQUIRES MANUFACTURER
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO HOUR FIRE RATED CONCRETE BLOCK.
  
 D) CODE INFORMATION SPECIFIES 10 PSF LIVE LOAD AT
 BOTTOM OF ROOF TRUSS CHORD. THIS MEANS THAT ATTIC IS
 NOT DESIGNED FOR STORAGE. CLARIFY IF DESIGNING SPACE

 (EG: WOOD OR METAL STUDS) AND PROVIDE COMPLETE
 SPECIFICATIONS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 6 OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.

 B) SPECIFY TRUSS CONNECTORS TO EXISTING NORTH WALL IN
 NEW MASTER BEDROOM AREA. NONE SPECIFIED ON THIS AREA.
  
 4- SHEET A4:
 A) CLARIFY SIZE OF STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL FOR WINDOW
 HEAD DETAIL, WINDOW SILL DETAIL AND WINDOW JAMB DETAIL.
 WINDOW JAMB DETAILS CALLS FOR 2X AND 1X BUCK. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 B) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL FOR EXTERIOR DOOR.
 SEE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR MINIMUM SIZE REQUIRED.
  
 5- NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT:
 A) IS EXPIRED AFTER 30 DAYS OF BEING RECORDED IF WORK
 IS NOT STARTED. NEED TO HAVE NEW RE-RECORDED ONE.
 ***NOTE: THIS MAY BE SUBMITTED LATER AT TIME OF PERMIT
 PICK UP TO AVOID EXPIRATION.
  
 B) NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT NEEDS TO COMPLETE INFORMATION
 FOR DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENT. INFORMATION WAS LEFT
 BLANK.
  
 6- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD (561)233-5120) TO VERIFY IF
 IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 7- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) GLASS BLOCK AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 B) ARCHED WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 8- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 9- PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROOF SHEATHING INCLUDING
 NAIL TYPE AND SPACING AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF

 HOW WALLS ARE GETTING THE REQUIRED INSULATION. PROVIDE
 WALL SECTION/SPECIFICATIONS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 CHAPTER 13 FBC 2004.
  
 11- OWES $731.38 FOR UPDATED PERMIT VALUATION AND RADON
 FEES.
  
 12- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM.
  
 B) REVISE ITEM #10. CEILING TYPE IS UNDER ATTIC, NOT
 SINGLE ASSEMBLY. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) REVISE INFORMATION ON SECOND PAGE. CALCULATIONS ARE
 NO DONE FOR WORST CASE SCENARIO. THEREFORE, OPENINGS
 NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE ACTUAL CARDINAL ORIENTATION.
 SEE PLANS AND SURVEY FOR CORRECT CARDINAL ORIENTATION
 AND NUMBER OF WINDOWS. COORDINATE INFORMATION WITH
 ADDITIONS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 D) REVISE PAGE TWO: OVERHANG LENGTH AND OVERHANG HEIGHT
 ARE INCORRECT. NEED TO MATCH INFORMATION SHOWN ON
 PLANS. ALSO, SEE ITEM #11C ABOVE.
  
 13- HURRICANE SHUTTERS:
 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AS REQUIRED
 BY CITY IMPLEMENTATION STANDARD FOR WIND-BORNE DEBRIS
 IMPACT PROTECTION. . SEE ATTACHED COPY.
  
 B) ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT IS LUIS A LOPEZ.
 CLARIFY WHY THIS PRODUCT APPROVAL NOA 06-0110.04 WAS
