 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF LOT DEPTH WHICHEVER
 IS LESS;
  
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.

 A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE ACQUIRED FROM THE
 CITYS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT (561.494.1040), FOR THE
 PROPOSED APPROACH EXTENSION. PLEASE DO NOT RESUBMIT
 WITHOUT THIS APPROVAL.
