 2. REPEAT COMMENT: INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL
 IMPERMEABLE SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED
 WITHIN THE FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE
 FRONT BUILDING FACADE). ADDITIONALLY, A RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE ACQUIRED FROM THE CITY?S
 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT (561.494.1040), FOR THE PROPOSED
 APPROACH EXTENSION. THE REVISION SUBMITTED INDICATED A
 CALCUALTION OF THE IMPERMEABLE AREA OF THE ENTIRE LOT.
 PROVISION REQUIRES THE CALCULATION IS OF THE FRON YARD
 (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT BUILDING
 FACADE). PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDRS:
 REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
