 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-75 OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS:MINIMUM REAR SETBACK = 15' OR
 10% OF THE LOT DEPTH, WHICHEVER IS LESS.AS THE LOT
 DEPTH IS NOW SHOWN AS 75', THE MINIMUM REAR SETBACK IS
 7.5'...SURVEY TO CONFIRM.
  
 3)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDRS: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
  
 4)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.AS PER SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT

 INDICATED BY THE PERMIT APPLICATION.WHAT IMPROVEMENTS
 ARE BEING DONE?NOTE:AS THE EXISTING FRONT FACADE IS
 NONCONFORMING WITH RESPECT TO ITS FRONT SETBACK
 DIMENSION, NO IMPROVEMENT SHALL BE MADE WHICH INCREASES
 THIS NONCONFORMITY.PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6)THE SOUTH ELEVATION AS SHOWN ON SHEET A-2 CALLS
 OUT A "NEW ENTRY", OTHER ELEVATIONS SHOW "EXISTING
 ENTRY".PLEASE CLARIFY.NOTE:AS THE EXISTING FRONT
 FACADE IS NONCONFORMING WITH RESPECT TO ITS FRONT
 SETBACK DIMENSION, NO IMPROVEMENT SHALL BE MADE WHICH
