 8) PROVIDE AT MINIMUM 1 ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM PER

 9) THE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL INCLUDE TWO COPIES OF
 EACH PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT IS RELEVANT PER 9B-72. THESE
 SHOULD INCLUDE THE FLORIDA STATE APPROVAL COVER PAGES.

 AVAILABLE AND NOT SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS WILL BE

 12) NO PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED FOR ROOF
 SHINGLES, GLASS BLOCK, MULLIONS FOR JOINED WINDOWS,
 FIXED WINDOWS IN FAMILY ROOM, AND LINTELS. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT GLASS BLOCK USING A MORTAR SYSTEM ONLY MEETS SMALL
 MISSILE IMPACT (FL # 1363), THE SILICONE METHOD WILL
 MEET LARGE MISSILE RATING (FL # 5357)
  
 13) IF WOOD BUCKS ARE TO BE USED AN ATTACHMENT DETAIL
 IS REQUIRED FOR THE TRANSFER OF APPLICABLE LOADS TO THE

 18) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SETS OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE,
 AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 EXISTING IS THE NEW SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE FRONT ONLY

 22) REMOVE ALL OLD PAGES, NON USED PRODUCT APPROVALS,
