 REVIEW UNDER FBC 2004 WITH 2007 REVISIONS.
  
 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE
 DUE.
  
 2- SHEET 1 OF 2:CLEARLY SPECIFY THE ATTIC LIVE LOAD
 AS REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
 NOTE: THIS LOAD IS IN ADDITION TO THE BOTTOM CHORD DEAD
 LOAD.
  
 3- WINDOWS SPECIFIED FOR THE NEW BEDROOM DON'T COMPLY
 WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R311.1.2 OF 2004
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.SH-48X52 WINDOWS DON'T
 PROVIDE THE MINIMUM HEIGHT CLEARANCE.ALSO, CLARIFY IF
 WINDOW WILL BE A CUSTOM MADE WINDOW. SEE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR STANDARD WINDOW SIZES.PROVIDE
 MANUFACTURER'S CUT SHEETS FOR WINDOWS OTHER THAN THE
 STANDARD EGRESS WINDOWS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC.
 R310.1.2.
  
 4- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALSAS REQUIRED
 BY DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED ARE MISSING THE TOP PART OFTHE DRAWINGS.
 PROVIDE COPIES WITH COMPLETE INFORMATION.
  
 B) SWING DOOR AT NEW CLOSET AREA.
  
 C) SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS
 AND DETAILS.PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE AND PAGE WHERE CONNECTOR IS SHOWN TO SAVE
 TIME AND PAPER.
  
 5- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING)ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 6- SHEET 2 OF 2:
 A) REVISE ROOF SHEATHING NAIL SPACING FOR ZONE #3.
 SEE SEC. R803.2.3.1 FOR REQUIRED NAIL SPACING AT ROOF
 ZONE #3 AND REVISEROOF SHEATHING NAILING SCHEDULE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 B) SPECIFY THE MINIMUM THICKNESSMOISTURE BARRIER
 AT CONCRETE SLAB AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R406.3.2.
  
 6- OWES $3.80 FOR RADON FEES.
  
 7- ENGINEER TO DATE PLANS WHEN THEY ARE SIGNED AND
 SEALED AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G15-23.002 FLORIDA
