 1)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDRS.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 2)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.AS PER SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3)SITE PLAN (SHEET 1) SHOWS A DRIVEWAY, IS THIS TO
 BE INCLUDED WITH THE SCOPE OF WORK?IF NOT, DELETE
 FROM PLANS.IF SO, INCLUDE DIMENSIONS AND SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF ALL PROPOSED AND ANY EXISTING CONCRETE.
  
 4)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM EVERYTHING THAT
 IS BEING PROPOSED TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
  
 5)SOME SETBACK DIMENSIONS DO NOT MATCH FROM SURVEY
 TO SITE PLAN, PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6)ON THE ELEVATIONS (SHEET 6), INDICATE THE HEIGHT
 OF THE PROPOSED ADDITIONS FROM GRADE TO THE MIDPOINT OF
 THE ROOF'S PITCH.NOTE: MUST NOT EXCEED 30 FEET.
  
 7)ON THE ELEVATIONS (SHEET 6), INDICATE THE HEIGHT
 OF THE PROPOSED COPULAS FROM GRADE TO THEIR UPPERMOST
 POINT.NOTE: MUST NOT EXCEED 33 FEET.
