 1)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDRS.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 2)SITE PLAN WITH PROPOSED ADDITION SHALL INDICATE
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPOSED TO ALL ADJACENT
 PROPERTY LINES.
  
 NOTE:PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-72 OF THE ZLDRS:
  
 MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING.
 A.FRONT: 25 FEET;
 B.REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF LOT DEPTH,
 WHICHEVER IS LESS;
 C.SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL BETWEEN THE
 TWO SIDES.
  
 3)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS OF EXISTING COVERED
 PATIO STRUCTURE, AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE
 PROPERTY, TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
  
 4)INDICATE THE SEPARATION DISTANCE FROM THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION TO THE EXISTING COVERED PATIO STRUCTURE.
  
 NOTE:DEPENDENT ON THE EXISTING COVERED PATIO
 SETBACKS, THE PROPOSED ADDITION MAY BE REQUIRED TO
 MAINTAIN A MINIMUM SEPARATION DISTANCE OF 6' FROM THE
 COVERED PATIO STRUCTURE.
  
 5)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.AS PER SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
