 CODE/2004 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN
 INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO
 THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION
 SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE
 CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND

 FAIL TO PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF THE BAR IN REGARDS TO
 THE EXTERIOR PATIO. PLEASE PROVIDE THE LOCATION WITH
 OTHER
 TABLES AND CHAIR LOCATION EGRESS AISLES ETC, 1024.9.1.
  
 3) THE PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE HOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 11-5.2 WILL BE COMPLIED WITH, PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION, IT WILL BE GREATLY APPRCIATED .
  
 4) BOTH THE ELECTRICAL NOTES AS WELL AS THE PLUMBING
 NOTES INDICATE SEE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS THE VALUE OF
 THIS PROJECT IS INDICATED TO BE $75,000.00, PLEASE SEE
  
 FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 481.229 (C)ANY OTHER TYPE OF
 BUILDING COSTING LESS THAN $25,000, EXCEPT A SCHOOL,
 AUDITORIUM, OR OTHER BUILDING INTENDED FOR PUBLIC USE,
