 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 2)PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW)
 AFTER JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 3)ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED 106.1.2* SUBMIT AN
 EXISTING FLOOR PLAN AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN SHOWING
 ALL CHANGES TO THE EXISTING LAYOUT. THE ADDRESS ON THE
 PLANS SHALL INCLUDE THE UNIT/SUITE NUMBER FOR
 INSPECTION PURPOSES.
  
 4)TABLE 803.5 MINIMUM INTERIOR FINISH CLASSIFICATION;
 PROVIDE INFORMATION BASED ON INTERIOR FINISH
 REQUIREMENTS BASED ON OCCUPANCY.
  
 5)THE DOOR IN THE CORRIDOR SHALL A MINIMUM FIRE
 PROTECTION RATING OF 20 MINUTES, SO PLEASE INDICATE THE
 RATING IN MINUTES PER TABLE 715.3 SEE SECTION 715.3.3
 FOR MORE INFORMATION.
  
 6)INDICATE ON THE PLANS THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE
 SPACE PER SECTION 1004 AND TABLE 1004.1.2. STATE THE
 USE OF THE OPEN AREA. PROVIDE A WALL LEGEND SHOWING THE
 EXISTING WALLS AND THE NEW CONSTRUCTED WALLS. DEPENDING
 ON THE USE OF OPEN SPACE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR
 ON THE NEXT REVIEW.
  
 7)OFFICE #3 HAS NO ACCESS TO THE SPACE EXCEPT GOING
 THROUGH THE CORRIDOR. IF THIS IS A SEPARATE TENANT, THE
 SEVEN FOOT INTERIOR WALLS AROUND THIS SPACE WILL HAVE
 TO BE CHANGED TO PROVIDE TENANT SEPARATION FBC708.1
  
 8)108.3* THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION IS LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC INTERIOR FINISHES, ARCHITECTURAL
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS OVERHEAD AND PROFIT
 EXCLUDING LAND.
