 2- DESIGN INFORMATION ON SHEET 1 OF 2:
 A) ADD THE ATTIC LIVE LOAD AND SECOND FLOOR LIVE LOAD
 AS REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 B) SPECIFY BUILDING EXPOSURE USED FOR THE DESIGN AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.2.1.4 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 3- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 713.13 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 ***NOTE: THIS MAY BE SUBMITTED AT TIME OF PRINTING THE
 PERMIT.
  
 4- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD
 (561)233-5120) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING
 BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE
 DUE.
  
 5- OWES $549.69 FOR RADON FEES AND UPDATED VALUATION AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE SECTION/DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR STAIRWAY AND RAILINGS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE
 R301.5, SEC. R311.5.1, SEC. R311.5.3 , SEC. R311.5.6.1
 AND SEC. R312 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY NUMBER OF RISERS/TREADS AND PROVIDE ALL
 DIMENSIONS, INCLUDING STAIR DIMENSIONS.
 ***NOTE: CLARIFY CONSTRUCTION OF STAIRS AT BASE.
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED DON'T SPECIFY ATTACHMENT AT BOTTOM
 OF STAIRS AND WHAT ARE STAIRS RESTING ON. DRAWINGS
 DON'T SHOW ANY INFORMATION.
  
 7- CLEARLY IDENTIFY DISTANCE BETWEEN PROPOSED BUILDING
 AND ADJACENT BUILDINGS (EVEN ON ADJACENT LOTS) TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R302 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE REGARDING WALLS FIRE RATING AND
 PERCENTAGE OF OPENINGS.
  
 8- SPECIFY FIREBLOCKING IN WALL SECTIONS AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R602.1.2 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 9- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES ) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ROOF SHINGLES.
 B) GARAGE OVERHEAD DOOR. SEE PLAN FOR SIZE.
 C) GARAGE SIDE DOOR.
 D) FRENCH DOORS ON SECOND FLOOR.
 E) PRECAST LINTELS.
 F) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS.
 G) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. NOA 03-0910.03 WAS SUPERSEDED.
 SEE ATTACHED COPY FROM DADE COUNTY WEBSITE. NEED TO
 PROVIDE CURRENT NOA.
  
 10- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 11- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR GARAGE
 SEPARATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R309.2 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 12- PLEASE BRING REVISED PLANS FOR HISTORIC RE-STAMP
 PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE TO AVOID DELAYS.
