 1. ENGINEERING MUST APPROVE CHANGES TO DRIVEWAY AND
 OTHER HARDSCAPE PRIOR TO LANDSCAPE APPROVAL.
  
 2. THERE ARE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE
 PLANS REGARDING THE HARDSCAPE. THE WALKWAYS ON THREE
 SIDES OF BUILDING, AS WELL AS THE AIR CONDITIONING AND
 OTHER CONCRETE PADS ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE HOME ARE
 NOT THE SAME ON BOTH PLANS. ALL PLANS SHALL BE
 CONSISTENT.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 (A), REQUIRED PARKING MAY
 BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1000
 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST
 BE LANDSCAPED. PLEASE PROVIDE DATA THAT DEMONSTRATES
 COMPLIANCE WITH THIS SECTION.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 18-209 (L), EVERY OWNER OF A
 VACANT BUILDING, STRUCTURE OR LOT, SHALL PROVIDE AND
 MAINTAIN ALL UNPAVED AREAS OF THE SITE WITH GRASS,
 GROUND COVER, SHRUBBERY OR OTHER SUITABLE PLANT
 MATERIAL. THIS APPLIES TO THE BALANCE OF THE
 UNDEVELOPED SITE.
  
 5. THE PERIMETER LANDSCAPING FOR THE ENTIRE SITE SHALL
 BE INSTALLED AND INSPECTED WITH UNIT #3. THIS WAS
 AGREED UPON DURING THE INITIAL REVIEW PROCESS.
