 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) TRUSS LAYOUT IS REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED
 IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE STRUCTURE.
  
 2) THE SECOND FLOOR TRUSS LAYOUT DOES NOT MATCH THE
 APPROVED PLANS. THE LOWER ROOF ON THE EAST ELEVATION IS
 SHOWN THE LENGTH OF THE STRUCTURE ON THE TRUSS LAYOUT
 AND THE APPROVED PLANS HAVE IT SLIGHTLY LONGER THAN THE
 GARAGE DOOR OPENING. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 3) THE FG2 FLOOR GIRDER IS SHOWN ON THE THIRD FLOOR
 TRUSS LAYOUT EXTENDING FROM EXTERIOR WALL TO EXTERIOR
 WALL. THE THIRD FLOOR FRAMING ON THE APPROVED PLANS
 SHOW THIS GIRDER STOPPING AT THE BEARING WALL OF THE
 STAIR OPENING. PLEASE COORDINATE DRAWINGS.
  
 4) THE ROOF TRUSS DRAWINGS HAVE A BOTTOM CORD LIVE LOAD
 OF 0 PSF AND THE TRUSS LAYOUT SPECIFIES A BOTTOM CORD
 LIVE LOAD OF 10 PSF. FBC R305.1 REQUIRES A LIVE LOAD OF
 10 PSF FOR ATTICS WITHOUT STORAGE. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5) THE MEAN HEIGHT OF THE STRUCTURE IS SPECIFIED AS 15
 FT ON THE TRUSS DRAWINGS AND THE THREE STORY STRUCTURE
 SHOWN ON THE PLANS HAS A MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF 35 FT.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 6) THE TRUSS DRAWINGS SPECIFY AN UPLIFT OF 667# FOR THE
 UG1 GIRDER TRUSS AND THE U3 COMMON TRUSS HAS AN UPLIFT
 OF 1114#. PLEASE CHECK THESE CALCULATIONS AND EXPLAIN
 HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE.
