 RISER DOES NOT SHOW A NEW REVISION NUMBER NOR DOES IT
 SHOW THE CLOUDING REQUIRED. TURN OFF ALL PREVIOUS
 CLOUDS FROM REVISION NUMBER ONE AND SHOW THE CLOUD FOR
 REVISION 2. ALSO SHOW A REVISION NUMBER TWO FOR THE
 SECOND REVISION WITH ASSOCIATED DATE OF REVISION IN
 REVISION INDEX. SECTION 106.1.3.
  
 2. SHT M4 SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM REVISION DOES NOT
 REFLECT THE FLOOR PLAN. AS INDICATED THE NEW POWDER
 ROOM IS SHOWN ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND THE FIXTURES DO
 NOT REFLECT THE LOCATION INDICATED ON THE FLOOR PLAN. A
 CLEANOUT IS REQUIRED AT THE BASE OF THE STACK TO THE
 SECOND FLOOR. SECTIONS 106.1.1 & 708.3.4.
  
 3. SHT M4 SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM REVISION FOR THE WASH
 MACHINE DOES NOT REFLECT THE FLOOR PLAN. AS SHOWN THE
 WASH MACHINE STACK IS NOT IN THE WALL AND THE STANDPIPE
 IS NOT SHOWN, (MINIMUM 18" REQUIRED), AND A CLEANOUT IS
 REQUIRED MINIMUM 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR. SECTIONS
 106.1.1, 708.9, 802.4 & 1002.1.
  
 4. INFORMATIONAL: TO DETERMINE IF THE SANITARY RISER
 DIAGRAM REFLECTS THE FLOOR PLAN, DRAW A PLAIN VIEW
 FLOOR PLAN WITH THE SANITARY PIPING SHOWN ON THE FLAT
 AND COMPAIR THE RISER TO THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER,
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
 WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. REMOVE
 ALL VOID SHEETS FROM ALL PLANS AND PLACE
 ONE SET OF THEM LOOSELY ON TOP OF THE
 COLLATED PLANS TO BE REVIEWED.
