 1. REPEAT COMMENT---LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT---PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED LANDSCAPE
 CALCULATIONS FOR MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT BASED UPON
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT---SHOW ALL UTIITIES, EASEMENTS,
 TRASH/GARBAGE AREAS WITH SCREENING, ANY PROPOSED
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WITH SCREENING, CANOPY SPREAD OF
 TREES ON NEIGHBORING PROPERTY THAT MAY IMPEDE THE
 GROWTH OF THE PROPOSED TREES, AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT
 MAY IMPACT THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT---PROVIDE SOD AND IRRIGATION IN THE
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 5 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (D) (1) (A), THE BUFFER
 STRIP SHALL NOT BE INTERUPTED AT MORE THAN 20 PERCENT
 OF IT REQUIRED LENGTH TO PROVIDE VEHICULAR INGRESS AND
 EGRESS. THOUGH TWO CONCRETE RIBBONS SEPARATED BY A 3
 FOOT SOD AREA WAS USED FOR ACCESS ACROSS THE PROPERTY
 LINE, THE VEHICULAR ACCESS IS 9 FEET EACH ALONG LYTTON
 COURT AND ONLY 13 FEET IS PERMITTED.
  
 6. OTHER LANDSCAPE COMMENTS WILL BE FORTHCOMING ONCE A
 SIGNED AND SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN WITH ALL REQUIRED
 CALCULATIONS HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.
