 CONSIDERED A NEW STRUCTURE AND SHALL BE REQUIRED TO
 MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR A NEW STRUCTURE***
  
 1)PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A LEGAL, CURRENT,
 SURVEY; WHICH INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL
 DESCRIPTION.
  
 2)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-145 OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS):MAXIMUM LOT
 COVERAGE BY BUILDING = 60%.PROVIDE A DATA TABLE
 SHOWING THE LOT AREA, AND TOTAL BUILDING FOOTPRINT AREA
 (EXISTING AND THE PROPOSED TRAILER), AND WHAT
 PERCENTAGE OF THE LOT IS COVERED BY THE STRUCTURES.
  
 3)THE ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE BUILDING
 REQUIRES PARKING TO BE PROVIDED.AS PER SECTION 94-486
 OF THE ZLDRS: ONE (1) PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FOR EVERY 250 SQUARE FEET OF BUILDING.PROVIDE A DATA
 TABLE SHOWING THE EXISTING BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE, THE
 PROPOSED TRAILER SQUARE FOOTAGE, AND THE EXISTING
 NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES.IF EXCESS PARKING IS ALREADY
 ON THE SITE THEN NO ADDITIONAL WILL BE REQUIRED.IF
 NEW STRUCTURE REQUIRES ADDITIONAL PARKING, PROVIDE A
 SITE PLAN SHOWING LAYOUT, STRIPING, DIMENSIONS,
 LANDSCAPING, ETC. OF THE SITE.
  
 4)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(E) OF THE ZLDRS:AT
 LEAST 30 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR
 OF ALL COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH
 TREES, SHRUBS OR HEDGES;
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN, PREPARED BY A
 LICENSED/REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOUNDATION PLANTING REQUIREMENTS
 FOR THIS NEW STRUCTURE. (ADDIITONALY, THE PLANT
 MATERIAL STANDARDS AND LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-445 AND 94-448,
 RESPECTIVELY).
  
 5)AS PER SECTION 94-243, THE MAXIMUM F.A.R. (FLOOR
 AREA RATIO) FOR GC (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONING
 DISTRICTS IS 75%.PROVIDE A DATA TABLE THAT SHOWS THE
 STRUCTURE'S (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) TOTAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE (LENGTH X WIDTH X HEIGHT), DIVIDED BY THE LOT
 AREA.THIS WILL GENERATE A DECIMAL THAT SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 0.75
