 (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE FRONT YARD
 (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT BUILDING
 FACADE). PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDR): REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS
 THAN FOUR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED
 ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED.
 REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD;
 HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
