 CODE/2004 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN
 INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO
 THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION
 SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE
 CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND

 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS

 CORRIDOR 107 ADDING WALLS, GLAZED WALL PANEL (SIDE
 LIGHT) AND A DOORWAY.THE FIRST ISSUE IS THE PLAN WILL
 NEED TO IDENTIFY THE HEIGTH OF THE BUILDING
 THIS PACTULAR STAIRWAY IS SERVING. THE CORRIDOE 107 IS
 IN ACTUALLITY A CONTINUATION OF THE VERTICAL STAIRWELL
 IT IS CONTECTED TO CREATING AN EXIT PASSAGEWAY. IF THE
 VERTICAL EXIT IS 4 STORIES OR MORE THAN THIS
 EXIT PASSAGEWAY WOULD REQUIRE 2 HR WALLS, IF LESS THAN
 4 STORIES IT WOULD ONLY REQUIRE 1 HR WALLS. WITH THIS
 UNKNOWN THE NEW DOORWAY B MAYREQUIRE A 45 MINUTE DOOR
 FOR LESS THAN 4 STORIES OR A 1 1/2 HR DOOR IF THE
 STAIRWELL SERVES 4 STORIES OR MORE. 707.4 SHAFT
 ENCLOSURES/ TABLE 715.3.
  
 3) SHEET A2 CORRIDOR 107 DOORWAY B AND THE NEW SIDE
 LIGHT. DEPENDING ON THE HEIGTH OF THE BUILDING AND
 STAIRWELL THE REQUIRMENTS FOR THE SIDELIGHT WILL NEED
 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 TABLE 715.4.TABLE 715.4 PRESCRIBES THE MINIMUM FIRE
 PROTECTION RATINGS FOR FIRE WINDOWS, WHICH ARE NOT TO
 BE CONFUSED WITH THE RATINGS FOR FIRE DOORS PROVIDED IN
 TABLE 715.3 RELATIVE TOTHE NATURE AND FIRE-RESISTANCE
 RATING OF THE WALL.
