 2FAMILY RESIDENCES (R3) NOT MULTI-FAMILY (R2) OR
 BUILDINGS OVER $25,000, THEREFORE, DRAWINGS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE DRAWN BY A LICENSED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL.
 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL THAT IS REGISTERED TO PRACTICE
 UNDER CHAPTER 481 OR 471 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES SHALL
 AFFIX THEIR OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND DATE TO SAID
 DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATION PER 106.1 FBC 2004, THE
 EXEMPTION FROM LICENSURE UNDER 481.229 FLORIDA STATUTES
 DOES NOT EXEMPT THE DESIGNER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DRAWINGS FROM SIGNING AND DATING SAID DRAWINGS.
  
 6)PROVIDE ELEVATION DETAIL DRAWINGS SHOWING THE ADA
 COMPLIANCE CABINETS. A PORTION OF THE MAIN COUNTER
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM LENGTH OF 36 INCHES AND A HEIGHT
 OF 36 INCHES PER FBC 11-7.2(2)(I).
