 TO BE FILED WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT. NOTE:
 713.13(2) IF THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT IS NOT ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS
 AFTER THE RECORDING THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL &
 VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.

 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 4)PER FLORIDA STATUTES, 481.229 EXEMPTIONS FROM
 ARCHITECTURAL LICENSURE ONLY APPLY TO 1FAMILY AND
 2FAMILY RESIDENCES (R3) NOT MULTI-FAMILY (R2) OR
 BUILDINGS OVER $25,000, THEREFORE, DRAWINGS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE DRAWN BY A LICENSED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL.
  
 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL THAT IS REGISTERED TO PRACTICE
 UNDER CHAPTER 481 OR 471 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES SHALL
 AFFIX THEIR OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND DATE TO SAID
 DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATION PER 106.1 FBC 2004, THE
 EXEMPTION FROM LICENSURE UNDER 481.229 FLORIDA STATUTES
 DOES NOT EXEMPT THE DESIGNER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DRAWINGS FROM SIGNING AND DATING SAID DRAWINGS.
  
 5) THE PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE
 ALTERED AREA. IT SEEMS AS IF THERE ARE SOME SOFFIT WORK
 IN THE AREA, HOWEVER THERE IS NO CEILING PLANS OR
 DETAILS TO SHOW CLEARLY WHERE THE SOFFITS WILL BE
 CONSTRUCTED.CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. FBC

 6)TABLE 803.5 MINIMUM INTERIOR FINISH CLASSIFICATION;
 PROVIDE INFORMATION BASED ON INTERIOR FINISH
 REQUIREMENTS BASED ON OCCUPANCY.

 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF THIS CODE.
  
 8)THE PLANS SHALL INDICATE THE HEIGHT, TYPE OF
 BUILDING PER CHAPTER 6 AND TABLE 601, THE USE AND
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION PER CHAPTER 3.
  
 9)INDICATE THE USE OF EACH ROOM ON THE DRAWINGS. ON
 SHEET A-3 THERE ARE THREE DIFFERENT WALL DETAILS,
 PROVIDE A LEGEND SHOWING/INDICATING WHERE EACH DETAIL
 WILL BE USED ON THE FLOOR PLANS.CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THE CODE. FBC 106.1.1
