 1, PLEASE PROVIDE THE LANDSCAPE TABULATION CLEARLY
 DISPLAYING THE RELEVANT STATISTICAL INFORMATION
 NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 2, IDENTIFY ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS
 SHALDL BE SODDED.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B), PROVIDE SCREENING FOR
 THE GROUND LEVEL AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AND POOL
 EQUIPMENT.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445(4)(G)3, AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT
 IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 6. PROVIDE A PLANT LIST IN TABULAR FORM. IT SHALL
 IDENTIFY THE PROPOSED TREES, SHRUBS AND GROUND COVERS
 AND SHOW THE QUANTITY, SIZE AND SPACING.
  
 7. THE PROPOSED HEDGE ADJACENT TO THE CITY SIDEWALK IN
 THE CENTER OF THE DRIVEWAYS CREATES A VISIBILITY
 PROBLEM. THE HEDGTE SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE INSIDE
 CURVE TO ELIMINATE THE VISIBILITY PROBLEM.
  
 8. PROVIDE LANDSCAPING ALONG THE FRONT BUILDING
 ELEVATION.
  
 9. NOTES IDENTIFYING THE DEPTH OF MULCH, REQUIRED PLANT
 QUALTIY AND IRRIGATION REQUIREMENTS SHALL APPEAR ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 10. ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, PLEASE SHOW ALL OVERHEAD
 LINES, EASEMENTS AND OTHER UTILITIES THAT MAY INTERFERE
 WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING.
