 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 2)IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. HAVE BOTH SETS
 OF THE PLANS STAMPED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR IMPACT
 FEES.
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R SECTION 704 INSPECTION
 FOR TERMITES ON THE PLANS. IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR
 INSPECTION FOR TERMITE INFESTATION, CLEARANCE BETWEEN
 EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS AND FINAL EARTH GRADE ON THE
 EXTERIOR OF A BUILDING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 6 INCHES
 (152 MM).
  
 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R404.1.6 HEIGHT ABOVE FINISHED
 GRADE.
 CONCRETE AND MASONRY FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL EXTEND
 ABOVE THE FINISHED GRADE ADJACENT TO THE FOUNDATION AT
 ALL POINTS A MINIMUM OF 4 INCHES (102 MM) WHERE MASONRY
 VENEER IS USED AND A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM)
 ELSEWHERE.
  
 5) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R506.2.3 VAPOR RETARDER.
 A 6 MIL (0.006 INCH; 152 ?M) POLYETHYLENE OR APPROVED
 VAPOR RETARDER WITH JOINTS LAPPED NOT LESS THAN 6
 INCHES (152 MM) SHALL BE PLACED BETWEEN THE CONCRETE
 FLOOR SLAB AND THE BASE COURSE OR THE PREPARED SUBGRADE
 WHERE NO BASE COURSE EXISTS.
  
 6) SPECIFY HOW THE TOP PLATE OF THE FRAME WALLS WILL BE
 ATTACHED TO THE EXISTING CONCRETE LINTELS. 2004 FBC

 7) SPECIFY THE SIZE AND LENGTH OF THE TAP CONS THAT
 WERE SPECIFIED TO ATTACH THE NEW WALLS TO THE EXISTING
 WALLS. 2004 FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 8) SHOW THE DIFFERENCE IN FINAL FLOOR GRADES ON THE
 PLANS BETWEEN THE EXISTING HOUSE AND THE ENCLOSED
 CARPORT. 2004 FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE NEW STAIRS. SPECIFY THE RISE
 AND RUN, MATERIALS, ETC. OF STAIRS. SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH R311.5.
  
 10) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR GUARDS IF REQUIRED. SEE R312.
  
 11)THE EXISTING MASONRY WALLS OF THE ENCLOSED CARPORT
 ARE REQUIRED TO BE INSULATED TO A MINIMUM OF R-5 PER
 FBC 13-600. REVISE ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS.
  
 12) THERE ARE NOT ANY ADJACENT WALLS SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS. SEE FBC 13-2 FOR DEFINITION OF ADJACENT WALL IN
 TERMS OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY. REVISE ENERGY CALULATION
 FORMS.
  
 13) THE CEILING TYPE IS INCORRECTLY SPECIFIED AS SINGLE
 ASSEMBLY ON THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS. THE CEILING
 TYPE IS UNDER ATTIC AND THE INSULATION IS REQUIRED TO
 BE R-30. PLEASE CORRECT ENERGY FORMS.
  
 14) SPECIFY THE CEILING HEIGHT ON THE WALL SECTION ON
 THE PLANS FOR THE ENCLOSED CARPORT. 2004 FBC 106.1.2*
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 15) SPECIFY THE EXISTING CONDITIONED FLOOR AREA AND THE
 ADDITIONAL CONDITIONED FLOOR AREA OF THE ENCLOSED
