 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3)INDICATE OVERHANG DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION.NOTE:PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305 OF THE
 ZLDRS: OVERHANGS MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 3 FEET INTO
 A REQUIRED SETBACK.
