 TO MAKING ANY CUTS AND AN ENGINEER MUST VERIFY THE
 INSTALLATION WILL NOT WEAKEN THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
 OR RATING OF THE FLOOR. INDICATE HOW THIS OUTLET WILL
 BE FED, AND FROM WHERE.
  
 PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE, PROVIDE ONE COPY OF THE
 OLD PLANS WHEN RESUBMITTING.
