 2.THE SHELL BUILDING HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED; THIS IS
 REQUIRED FOR A TENANT BUILD OUT PERMIT.
  
 3.THE SHELL BUILDING HAS NOT ACHIEVED A CERTIFICATE
 OF COMPLETION; IF THE CONTRACTOR FOR THIS TENANT SPACE
 IS DIFFERENT FROM THE BASE BUILDING, THEN A LETTER FROM
 THE BASE BUILDING CONTRACTOR ALLOWING THE TENANT
 BUILDOUT CONTRACTOR TO START WORK ON THIS TENANT SPACE
 BEFORE THE C OF C FOR THE BASE BUILDING HAS BEEN ISSUED
 WILL BE REQUIRED.THE DEVELOPER AND BOTH CONTRACTORS
 WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A LETTER STATING THAT THEY
 UNDERSTAND THAT ANY DISPUTE OVER RESPONSIBILITY DOES
 NOT RELIEVE THEM FROM THE JOINT RESPONSIBILITY TO
 COMPLY WITH THE BUILDING CODE.

 BUILDING, A REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED TENANT BUILDOUT BY
 THE BASE BUILDING DESIGNER IS REQUIRED.COMPLIANCE CAN
 BE SHOWN BY EITHER A LETTER FROM THE BASE BUILDING
 DESIGNER OR WITH SHOP DRAWING REVEIW STAMPS ON THE
 PLANS.

 EACH SHEET (TITLE BLOCK INFORMATION).A CERTIFICATE OF
 AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED IF CASCO IS PRACTICING
 ARCHITECTURE IN FLORIDA, FS481.

 AND THE RESPONSE LETTER STATES: "WE UNDERSTAND THAT A
 CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR A
 PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD PRACTICING AS AN INDIVIDUAL."
 THIS IS CORRECT; HOWEVER, BASED ON THE COMPANY'S
 WEBSITE AND ON PLANS SUBMITTED FIRST REVIEW, THE
 COMPANY IS PRACTICING ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING IN
 FLORIDA.THEREFORE, A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION IS
 REQUIRED FOR BOTH ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE.PLEASE
 APPLY AS REQUIRED BY FS481 AND FS471.IF THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL DISAGREES, PLEASE CONTACT FBPE AND THE
 ATTORNEY FOR FLORIDA BOARD OF ARCHITECTS TO DISCUSS.
