 PIPE IS REMOVED. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ASSEMBLE FOR

 PENETRATIONS REPAIRS SHALL BE PERFORMED BY A LICENSE
 GENERAL CONTRACTOR OR A LICENSE FIRE PROOFING COMPANY.
 INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THIS OFFICE STATING
 WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL STRUCTURAL
 PENETRATIONS. PROVIDE THE UL SYSTEM FOR THE FLOOR
 PENETRATIONS ON THE PLANS. THE LETTER FROM THE
 ARCHITECT, WHICH STATES ?PROVIDE 1 HOUR RATED CALKING
 AT FLOOR PENETRARTIONS IS NOT SUFFICIENT INFORMATION
 FOR THE FLOOR ASSEMBLY. A UL ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED
 MEETING THE EXISTING FLOOR FIRE RATING. ONCE AGAIN, A
 CBC CONTRACTOR IS NOT ALLOWED TO DO ANY STRUCTURAL WORK
 ON BUILDINGS OVER THREE STORIES.
