 2A) 1ST FLOOR ENCLOSED PARKING GARAGE VS OFFICE AREA
 WILL REQUIRE A 2 HR SEPERATION SEE TABLE 302.3.2. THIS
 AREA DOES NOT COUNT AS A INCIDENTAL AREA SINCE THE SQ
 FT AREA IS OVER THE ALLOWED 10% OF THE FIRST FLOOR
 AREA. PLEASE PROVIDE WALL AND OPENING PROTECTIVE
 PROTECTION. NOTE TO TAKE THE 1 HOUR REDUCTION ( TABLE
 302.1.1) ALLOWED IN INCIDENTAL AREAS AGAIN THE OFFICE
 AREA WOULD NEED TO BE LESS THAN10% OF THE FIRST FLOOR

 SPRINKLER SYSTEM. PLANS INDICATE THAT THE EXISTING
 BUILDING IS ALREADY FIRE SPRINKLERED AND THE SECOND
 STORY WILL BE FIRE SPRINKLERED,THE DESIGN TO BY
 OTHERS AND NOT PART OF THIS PERMIT. NO HOURLY
 REDUCTIONS CAN BE TAKEN IF THE FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS ARE
 NOT SUBMITTED WITH THE ADDITION PERMIT SET. NOTE THE
 FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS WILL ALSO REQUIRE SEPERATE PERMIT
