 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 ENCLOSE PORTION OF GARAGE FOR OFFICE
  
 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED
 BY FBC 13-600. THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE
 FORMS.
  
 3) PROVIDE A WALL SECTION OF THE NEW INTERIOR WALLS
 INDICATING THE FRAMING MATERIALS, STUD SPACING,
 INSULATION, DRYWALL THICKNESS, ETC.
  
 4) THE WALL ADJACENT TO THE STORAGE AREA IS REQUIRED TO
 BE INSULATED. SPECIFY THE R-VALUE OF THE INSULATION IN
 THE ATTIC, EXTERIOR, COMMON AND ADJACENT WALLS. THE
 DOOR IN THE ADJACENT WALL IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH
 FBC 13-603 AND CAN NOT BE HOLLOW CORE. SEE FBC 13-600.
  
 5) SPECIFY ON THE PLANS WHICH WALLS ARE NEW AND WHICH
 ARE EXISTING.
  
 6) THE PROPOSED OFFICE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH FAIR
 HOUSING REQUIREMENT 4 FOR ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND
 REQUIREMENT 3 FOR USABLE DOORS. USABLE DOORS ARE
 REQUIRED TOHAVE A NOMINAL 32" CLEAR OPENING MEASURED
 FROM THE STOP TO THE FACE OF THE DOOR WHEN OPEN 90
 DEGREES. THE FLOOR OF THE OFFICE IS REQUIRED TO BE
 LEVEL WITH THE EXISTING HABITABLE SPACE. SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS. SHOW THE LOCATIONS
 OF ANY FLOOR ELEVATION CHANGES ON THE PLANS. THE LIGHT
 SWITCHES, RECEPTACLES AND CONTROLS ARE REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENT 5. SEE FBC CHAPTER 11 PART B
 FAIR HOUSING.
