 2) INFORMATIONAL FL S S 713.13 NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT,
 TO BE FILED WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT. NOTE:
 713.13(2) IF THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT IS NOT ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS
 AFTER THE RECORDING THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL &
 VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 3)THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST
 EXCLUDING LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS ICC
 (BVD) MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 PER 108.3 FBC. THE VALUE SHALL INCLUDE ALL INTERIOR AND
 EXTERIOR WORK.
  
 4)INDICATE THE DESIGN WIND INFORMATION ON THE
 DRAWINGS. THE BASIC WIND SPEED FOR THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH IS 140 MPH SEE 1603.1.4 AND 1609 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 5)THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR HARDI PLANK SHALL
 INDICATE WHICH ITEMS OR SYSTEMS WILL BE USE AT THE
 PROJECT OR THE INFORMATION SHALL BE STATED ON THE
 DRAWINGS FOR CLARITY.
  
 6)SHEET A-8 WHICH SHOWS THE NEW PARAPET WALL REQUIRES
 MORE INFORMATION. THE DETAIL NEEDS TO SHOW AND STATE
 ALL MATERIALS WHICH WILL BE USE TO CONSTRUCT THE
 PARAPET, INCLUDE THE GAGE OF THE METAL STUDS OF THE
 TYPE OF WOOD. THE STUD SPACING SHALL BE STATED ON THE
 PLANS FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE ALL THE
 ATTACHMENTS FOR THE PARAPET TO MEET THE WIND LOADS. A
 ROOFING DETAIL LISTING ALL MATERIALS IS REQUIRED
 SHOWING THE PREVENTION OF WATER INTRUSION FOR THE
 BRACING OF THE PARAPET. IS THE EXISTING STRUCTURE
 CONCRETE, METAL STUD WITH PLYWOOD OR CONCRETE BLOCK?
  
 7)1404.2. EXTERIOR WALLS OF FRAME CONSTRUCTION
 RECEIVING A VENEER SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER. THE WATER RESISTIVE BARRIER
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF ONE LAYER OF NO. 15 ASPHALT FELT,
 COMPLYING WITH ASTM D 226 FOR TYPE 1 FELT, SHALL BE
 ATTACHED TO THE SHEATHING, WITH FLASHING AS DESCRIBED
 IN SECTION 1405.3 , IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO PROVIDE A
 CONTINUOUS WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER BEHIND THE EXTERIOR
 WALL VENEER.
  
 8)FBC 11-7 (2)(I) A PORTION OF THE COUNTER SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM OF 36 INCHES IN LENGTH AND A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF
 36 INCHES. SHOW THIS INFORMATION THE ELEVATION
 DRAWINGS.ALL DRAWINGS SUBMITTED SHALL BE DIMENSIONED
 AND DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE. THE DRAWINGS ARE
 NOT DIMENSIONED.
  
 9)PLEASE NOTE SIGNS AND AWNINGS REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT.
