 1)PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY.
  
 2)PROPOSED DRIVEWAY AS SHOWN ON SHEET SP-1 DOES NOT
 APPEAR TO MATCH PROPOSED DRIVEWAY AS SHOWN ON SHEET
 A-1.CLARIFY AND INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL
 IMPERMEABLE SURFACES LOCATED WITHIN THE FRONT YARD
 (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT BUILDING
 FACADE).
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDRS: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS
 ARTICLE.
  
  
 3)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS OF PROPOSED BATHROOM
 ADDITION ON MAIN RESIDENCE.ADDITIONALLY, INDICATE
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM FRONT SUNROOM AND COVERED
 ENTRY.
  
 NOTE:ANY NEW CONSTRUCTION SHALL MEET CURRENT SETBACK
 REGULATIONS AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 94-74 OF THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 4)PROPOSED GATE/FENCE APPEARS TO EXCEED MAXIMUM
 HEIGHT ALLOWABLE.
  
 PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-302(B)(1): MAXIMUM
 HEIGHT.IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE OR WALL
 SHALL EXCEED SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN REQUIRED SIDE
 AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES OR WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN
 EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK.
  
 INDICATE HEIGHT OF FENCE FROM GRADE.
  
 5)AN APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FROM THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES (1ST
 FLOOR CITY HALL) IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROPOSED
 FENCES/WALLS.
