 THERE WERE PLANS SUBMITTED FOR A SINGLE STORY BUILDING,
 A TWO STORY STRUCTURE AND A SITE WALL. THE TITLE BLOCK
 ON ALL THREE PLANS ONLY PROVIDE THE OWNER NAME AND
 ADDRESS. IN ORDER TO AVOID CONFUSION, PLEASE SPECIFY
 THE STRUCTURE TO WHICH THE PLANS APPLY IN THE TITLE
 BLOCKS. FBC 106.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 TWO STORY STRUCTURE
  
 1) ON SHEET A-2 THE SECOND FLOOR FLOOR PLAN SAYS TO SEE
 DETAIL C. THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A DETAIL C
 PROVIDED. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 2) ON SHEET D-1 THE 6 X 6 POSTS IN CONTACT WITH THE
 SOIL ARE NOT SPECIFIED AS BEING PRESSURE TREATED ON
 SHEET D-1.

 SECTION 704 INSPECTION FOR TERMITES. IN ORDER TO
 PROVIDE FOR INSPECTION FOR TERMITE INFESTATION,
 CLEARANCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS AND FINAL
 EARTH GRADE ON THE EXTERIOR OF A BUILDING SHALL NOT BE
 LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM). PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 2) AT THE ADDITION, SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R408.1
 VENTILATION.
 THE UNDER -FLOOR SPACE BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE FLOOR
 JOISTS AND THE EARTH UNDER ANY BUILDING (EXCEPT SPACE
 OCCUPIED BY A BASEMENT OR CELLAR) SHALL BE PROVIDED
 WITH VENTILATION OPENINGS THROUGH FOUNDATION WALLS OR
 EXTERIOR WALLS. THE MINIMUM NET AREA OF VENTILATION
 OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 1 SQUARE FOOT FOR EACH
 150 SQUARE FEET (0.67 M 2 FOR EACH 100 M 2 ) OF UNDER
 -FLOOR SPACE AREA. ONE SUCH VENTILATING OPENING SHALL
 BE WITHIN 3 FEET (914 MM) OF EACH CORNER OF SAID
 BUILDING.
 UNDER FLOOR
  
 3) AT THE ADDITION, SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R408.3 ACCESS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ALL UNDER -FLOOR SPACES. ACCESS
 OPENINGS THROUGH THE FLOOR SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 18
 INCHES BY 24 INCHES (457 MM BY 610 MM). OPENINGS
 THROUGH A PERIMETER WALL SHALL BE 16 INCHES BY 24
 INCHES (407 MM BY 610 MM). WHEN ANY PORTION OF THE
 THROUGH WALL ACCESS IS BELOW GRADE, AN AREAWAY OF NOT
 LESS THAN 16 INCHES BY 24 INCHES (407 MM BY 610 MM)
 SHALL BE PROVIDED. THE BOTTOM OF THE AREAWAY SHALL BE
 BELOW THE THRESHOLD OF THE ACCESS OPENING. THROUGH WALL
 ACCESS OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE LOCATED UNDER A DOOR TO
 THE RESIDENCE. SEE M1305.1.4 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
 WHERE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED UNDER FLOORS.
  
 4) SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS SIGNED BY THE
 OWNER/AGENT AS REQUIRED BY FBC 13-600 FOR THE BATH ROOM
 ADDITION.
  
 5)IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE ATTACHMENT OF THE NEW FOOTER AND WALLS
 TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE AT THE BATH ROOM ADDITION.
 FBC 106.1.2* CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 7) SPECIFY TERMITE TREATMENT ON THE PLANS AS REQUIRED
 BY SECTION R320.
  
 8) THE MINIMUM INSULATION FOR A RAISED FLOOR SYSTEM IS
 R-11 PER FBC 13-600. SPECIFY THE FLOOR INSULATION ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 9) THE WALL SECTION ON D-1 SPECIFIES THE ROOF SHEATHING
 FASTENERS AS 8D COMMONS. SECTION R803.2.3.1 OF 2006
 REVISIONS TO 2004 FBC RESIDENTIAL CODE REQUIRES 8D RING
