 1)A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 2) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) THE ADDRESS IN THE TITLE BLOCK IS FOR THE MAIN HOUSE
 THE ADDRESS FOR THE GARAGE APARTMENT IS 227- 10TH
 STREET. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SPECIFIED ON SHEET A1.1 IS
 V AND ON S3 IT IS SPECIFIED AS III-B WITH THE OCCUPANCY
 AS R2. THE CORRECT OCCUPANCY TYPE IS R3 AND
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE IS V-B UNSPRINKLERED. PLEASE REVISE.
 SEE FBC 602 AND 302.
  
 5) SPECIFY THE HEIGHT OF THE GUARD RAILS AT THE
 BALCONIES ON THE PLANS. SEE FBC R312.1
  
 6) SUBMIT A DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 R401.3 DRAINAGE. SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO
 A STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF
 COLLECTION SO AS TO NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE
 GRADED SO AS TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM
 FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS
 SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE
 FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
  
 7) THE PLANS REFERENCE THE 2004 FBC WITH 2006
 AMENDMENTS. THE CORRECT REFERENCE IS THE 2004 FBC WITH
 2007 AMENDMENTS.
  
 8)SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R320.7 PROTECTION AGAINST
 DECAY AND TERMITES.
 CONDENSATE LINES AND ROOF DOWNSPOUTS SHALL DISCHARGE AT
 LEAST 1 FOOT (305 MM) AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE SIDEWALL,
 WHETHER BY UNDERGROUND PIPING, TAIL EXTENSIONS OR
 SPLASH BLOCKS. GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS ARE REQUIRED ON
 ALL BUILDINGS WITH EAVES OF LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM)
 HORIZONTAL PROJECTION EXCEPT FOR GABLE END RAKES OR ON
 A ROOF ABOVE ANOTHER ROOF.
  
 9) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE ENERGY
 CALCULATION FORM. ONE OF THEM HAS NOT BEEN SIGNED. SEE
 FBC 13-600.3ABC.2
  
 10) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 STRUCTURAL WINDOW MULLIONS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72. NOTE: THEY ARE REQUIRED TO APPROVED IN WRITING
 BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. FBC 106.3.3* CITY
 AMENDMENTS
  
 11) SPECIFY THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES FOR
 FLAT ROOF ZONES 1, 2 AND 3 FOR EXPOSURE CATEGORY C AND
 A 20' MEAN ROOF HEIGHT ON THE STRUCTURAL PLANS.SEE
 FBC TABLE R301.2(2) AND TABLE R 301.2(3). NOTE: THE
 UPLIFT FOR ROOF ZONE 3 (CORNERS) EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM
 DESIGN PRESSURE OF -98.3 PSF FOR THE JOHNS MANVILLE BUR
 SYSTEM.
  
 12) SPECIFY FIREBLOCKING AS REQUIRED BY FBC R602.1.2.
