 1. LIMIT THE AISLE WIDTH INTO THE SITE FROM BROADWAY TO
 20 FEET.REMOVE THE BALANCE OF PAVEMENT ON BOTH SIDES
 OF THE AISLE AND CONVERT INTO A LANDSCAPE AREA.THE
 HEDGE SHALL EXTEND ALONG THE INTERIOR PERIMETER OF THE
 LANDSCAPE STRIP WITH GROUND COVER PLANTED ON THE STREET
 SIDE OF THE HEDGE.
  
 2. PROVIDE SOD AND IRRIGATION IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY,
 ADJACENT TO 47TH STREET. ALL EXISTING TREES TO REMAIN
 IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OR ANYTHING TO BE PLANTED NEEDS
 APPROVAL FROM THE CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
  
 3. THE SYMBOL ?SEA? WAS USED ON THE PLAN BUT THERE WAS
 NO REFERENCE TO IT ON THE PLANT LIST.PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 4. ALL EXISTING TREES AND PLANT MATERIAL TO BE SAVED OR
 RELOCATED SHALL BE FLORIDA NUMBER 1 GRADE OR BETTER.
 OTHERWISE, IT SHALL BE REPLACED.
  
 5. VISION OBSCURING GATES ARE REQUIRED FOR THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE.ALL OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED
 TO BE SCREENED.
  
 6. IN KEEPING WITH ?XERISCAPE? STANDARDS, PLEASE
 CONSIDER THE USE OF GROUND COVER INSTEAD OF SOD TO BE
 PLANTED BETWEEN THE PARKING LOT OR SIDEWALK AND THE
 PERIMETER HEDGE.THIS WILL REDUCE MAINTENANCE AND
 WATER.
  
 7. SIX INCH CONCRETE, NON-MOUNTABLE CURBING KNOWN AS
 ?TYPE D? IS REQUIRED TO SEPARATE ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS
 FROM ADJACENT VEHICULAR USE AREAS.
  
 8. SITE LIGHTING AND OTHER UTILITIES SHALL NOT BE IN
 CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED LANDSCAPING.
