 1)AS THE SCOPE OF WORK HAS BEEN INCREASED (ADDITION
 OF CANOPIES, PARKING, AND LANDSCAPING), THE DECLARED
 VALUE SHALL BE INCREASED TO ACCURATELY REFLECT THE
 WORK.ANY ADDITIONAL PEMIT FEES SHALL BE PAID
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2)ANY/ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE PERMITTED SEPARATELY.
 COPY TO BE REMOVED FROM PLANS OR LABELED "TO BE
 PERMITTED SEPARATELY".
  
 3)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(E) OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS):VISIBILITY
 AT INTERSECTIONS.AT ANY ROAD INTERSECTIONS,
 VISIBILITY SHALL NOT BE OBSCURED BY THE CONSTRUCTION,
 PLACEMENT, OR MAINTENANCE OF A STRUCTURE WALL, SIGN,
 FENCE, BERM, PLANT MATERIAL, SHRUBS, OR ANY SIMILAR
 ITEM BETWEEN 18 INCHES OR EIGHT FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN A
 TRIANGLE BEGINNING AT THE POINT WHERE PROPERTY LINES
 MEET AT THE CORNER, THEN 20 FEET ALONG THE FRONT
 PROPERTY LINE, THENCE DIAGONALLY TO A POINT ALONG THE
 SIDE PROPERTY LINE 20 FEET FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
 AND THENCE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. IN THE EVENT THE
 CORNER OF AN INTERSECTION IS ROUNDED, THE MEASUREMENT
 SHALL BEGIN AT THE POINT THE PROPERTY LINES WOULD MEET
 WITHOUT ROUNDING. (SEE FIGURE X-1)
  
 NO PLANT MATERIAL SHALL ENCROACH THE VISIBILITY
 TRIANGLE AT THE CORNER OF DIXIE HIGHWAY AND MADDOCK
 STREET.REVISE PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL TO A SIZE LESS
 THAN 18" IN HEIGHT AT MATURITY.NOTE: REQUIRED SHADE
 TREE AT LANDSCAPE TERMINAL ISLAND SHALL BE SHOWN
 OUTSIDE OF THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE.
  
 4)PROPOSED LIGHTING SHALL BE SHOWN OUTSIDE OF THE
 VISIBILITY TRIANGLE (SECTION 94-305(E)) AND SHALL NOT
 INTERFERE WITH ANY REQUIRED LANDSCAPING MATERIAL.
  
 5)NORTH ARROW IS NOT CORRECT ON PLANTING PLAN (SHEET
 PL 1.00).REVISE.
  
 6)SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-1) AND PLANTING PLAN (SHEET PL
 1.00) DO NOT MATCH WITH RESPECT TO THE REQUIRED 5'
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER AT THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY.
 REVISE SO ALL PLANS AND DIMENSIONS COORELATE.PLEASE
 SHOW ALL DIMENSIONS OF REQUIRED ISLANDS/BUFFERS.
  
 7)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(B)(4) OF THE THE ZLDRS:
 AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED
 IN A REQUIRED BUFFER STRIP FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR
 PORTION THEREOF. PAVED AREAS USED FOR PEDESTRIAN
 CIRCULATION AND VEHICULAR ACCESS SHALL BE INCLUDED WHEN
 CALCULATING THE LENGTH OF THE BUFFER STRIP. TREES MAY
 BE CLUSTERED OR PLANTED IRREGULARLY AS DEEMED
 APPROPRIATE. CLUSTERING OF REQUIRED TREES SHALL BE
 SUBJECT TO CITY APPROVAL.
  
 PROVIDE SHADE TREES EVERY 30' ALONG DIXIE HIGHWAY
 FRONTAGE AS REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION.
  
 8)ALL REQUIRED LANDSCAPE ISLANDS/TERMINAL ISLANDS
 SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIRED 5' WIDTH, MEASURED FROM
 THE INSIDE OF THE CURBING.PLEASE REVISE/RECONFIGURE
 NORTHERN MOST INTERIOR ISLAND AND NORTH TERMINAL ISLAND
 (DIRECTLY WEST OF FRONT BUILDING FACADE) TO REFLECT THE
 MINIMUM WIDTH.
  
 9)AS THE WESTERN-MOST ROW OF PARKING ALONG DIXIE
 HIGHWAY EXCEEDS THE LENGTH OF 10 CONTIGUOUS PARKING
 SPACES, THE REQUIRED 5' INTERIOR ISLAND SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, OR THE ROW/TERMINAL ISLANDS SHALL BE
 RECONFIGURED SO-AS NOT TO EXCEED THE LENGTH OF 10
 STANDARD PARKING SPACES.
  
 10)TWO (2) DIFFERENT SITE PLANS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED,
 ONLY ONE NEED BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PROPOSED SCOPE OF
 WORK ON IT.
